Went there specifically for baked potatoes and they had none. What???? Then my daughter's grilled chicken sandwich had a bread clip in it. Unacceptable!!!

Worst. Burnt burger. Filthy building. Poor staff. Long wait. This place was once good. My advice dont go to this location go down rockside to 21 they are better. Management needs to be replaced.

Never really have an issue with this one but uhm a taco salad is supposed to have chili and come with tortilla chips. Mine did not? I literally just got a regular side salad with sour cream for the price of a taco salad when I ASKED for a taco salad 🤦â€â™€ï¸ Should have at least asked what dressing I wanted if you weren't going to give me a taco salad. Plus they weren't even busy to mess this up!Edit: a grilled chicken sandwich is supposed to have SPINACH not lettuce. You really thought they were packed how bad my order was messed up. Only thing right was my drink. And my sandwich is completely inedible! So stale I can't even chew it. Might as well be eating beef jerky.

Had a single with cheese combo.. The beef was kinda dry. French fries were fresh and hot. The dining area was clean but dated.. Needs to be remodeled and updated.

SPENT $35 ON FOOD 4 SANDWICHES TWO LARGE FRIES AND TWO LARGE FROSTYS NOT ONE OF THE SANDWICHES WERE MADE THE WAY THEY WERE ORDERED FRIES WERE MUSHY MEAT WAS DRY AND WAY OVERCOOKED ITS A SHAME THESE PEOPLE CANT READ SIMPLE DIRECTIONS OFF A COMPUTER SCREEN REALLY UNBELIEVABLE AND ACTUALLY PRETTY SAD!

Dont serve a medium amount of fries if I order a large! Honestly, is it really that hard? Working in fast food i know for a fact that it was never hard to actually fill a fry box! Do I need to come in the back to fill it myself?

This place needs to be shut down! I came there last night and ordered a Dave’s Single meal. I got home and I started to eat my sandwich and it was HARD, DRY and down right OLD!! It tasted like it was sitting there for days!!! It was like a hockey puck! My French fries were even cold and old. I ended up getting sick from it and I only ate 3 bites! I will never ever come back here!

So this restaurant is very interesting it looks like every other week the management is changing, sometimes i have even walked in on some staff arguing with each other when i was trying to order my food and had to wait until i was greeted, it smells like a backed up sewer inside of the building i don't think that is very enjoyable for people that is trying to enjoy there food, The Previous GM Richard was horrible was even rude to me and my group of friends even though we were paying customers, but the newest GM Tim i can tell he is changing around the store for the better ~ The Review King aka Tysean
