I went to this location at 5:00 at night during peak rush hour. The fries I was given were cold, soggy, and burnt like they have been reheated a couple times. I also had to ask for ketchup as usual because these cheap places don't even want to provide ketchup anymore with fries and was given 3 stingy packets which I didn't use because the fries were gross. Baked potato was dried out from being reheated. Don't waste your money here. They clearly don't care you're getting old food.

They don't listen to you when you order, asked for ketchup, didn't get any. Kinda makes me mad.

Good, consistent food, but terribly difficult to get around and out of the parking lot

Pulled in for food. Staff met me in the parking lot to let me know they were having technical difficulties with their cash registers but it should be resolved in about 15 minutes. I told them I wasn’t in a hurry and was willing to wait. They took my order immediately and I thought I’d have to pay in 15 minutes. Instead, the manager, Kiersten, told me my meal was on the house. Whaaattt? That just doesn’t happen in the fast food world. Kiersten and her staff went ABOVE and BEYOND tonight. Thank you!

The food is good and good location. But very difficult to get in and out during rush hours

Hot fresh and tasty.

"fast food" come here if you want to graduate college and get a master's degree faster than getting your food. Seriously if you're in a hurry, go buy groceries and cook a 7 course meal instead, it would be faster. Oh yeah no one wears gloves either, where's the FDA at?

This Wendy’s is always a bit slower in the drive thru. Not sure why. The food is ok and the orders I have done was correct. You know I just really come here for the Frosty. Can’t really mess that up. Staff has been fine with me but have seen some instances of them being short with customers.

Asked for lemon for tea. One employee said to the other, if he wants lemon he should have gone to Logans located behind our store. They made me the big joke of the day with loud laughter that everyone could hear. Why are disabled customers seem to be jokes of today's society and some businesses????

Only been to this location twice, never again. First time their tea tasted as if it had been sitting there all day. The second time was today for lunch, and they didn't give me the BBQ sauce she asked me THREE times about, and no butter and sour cream for the potato. Not to mention, the lady at the window was rude and didn't mind chatting with her co-workers and using explicit language. Good thing I didn't have kids in the car or that would've been fun to explain. I don't knowif they're in a district or however they operate, but the district manager or corporate needs to pay a visit. Maybe the food inspector as well, because some of my nuggets were very old and tasted as if they had frost bite.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. They aren't that slow here, it's just a really busy area. The lot entrance is in kind of a weird place. Good food as usual. Wendy's is Wendy's.

Prepare a good podcast when pulling up to the drive thru - a podcast of the 30min-1 hour variety. No I’m not kidding. Food here is awful. If your order is correct, be sure to go play the lottery too because clearly the gods favor you today. Make that two lotto tickets if your order was also hot, maybe the Powerball if fresh. Again, not kidding. The employees treat this place like a night out at the club. Not sure why they feel so entitled working a low wage fast food job, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a few are dealing drugs on the side. Lastly, remember to double check your change and receipt since overcharging and giving the wrong change is a long-standing Wendy’s employee practice. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s in their training manual. If you’re willing to ignore all this and possess a submissive sadomasochistic persona, stop in at the Berry Hill Wendy’s!

I live close by and come to this location often. Good thing I love the whole menu, because you never really know what you're going to get. They get my order right maybe a third of the time😅

Well if the drive thru cashier was not talking to her coworker. Maybe I would have gotten what I ordered. She walked out of eyes view with me bank card. I had to ask for my drinks. Health dept violation. She was eating and the mayo was on the corner of her mouth. She wipes that off with her hand. She never said hi, bye, or thank you come again.

Wendy's spicy chicken nuggets are so bomb.. no dipping sauce required.
