This location is out of something every single time I go there. Please work on your inventory management. 9 times out of 10 I order a potato they're out. About half the time they're out of chili. What's the deal?

The fries were not fresh and neither was the meat I had to repay for fresh food but the fresh food was at least good. It's a shame I had to repay full price for food just to get it fresh.

Kind of confused on how this wendys is even in business. No door dasher will pick up my orders from here. When I go I'm in line no less than 30 minutes and I'm usually the only one there. They never have bacon, the frosty machine never works. When I order 2 meals, I'm handed two drinks and a bag with one meal in it and then asked where I put the other bag they KNOW they handed to me. I decided after months to give it a shot thinking they'd maybe fire the bad employees, but I'm currently waiting on an order that is 30 minutes late and every dasher just keeps denying the order. One dasher sat there for 20 minutes before giving up. I'm one of the most patient people on the planet. I don't complain even when I should, but this wendys NEEDS to figure out how to be better or it's gonna go under quick. I'm sure my food will be cold, as it was being made when my first dasher was there. She let me know she was just waiting on nuggets and left 20 minutes later.

My fiancé and I came through the drive through today for a quick lunch. I’m 9 months pregnant with an insatiable appetite. We come to this Wendy’s often and we’re upset to get home and see that our order was completely wrong. I called and spoke with the manager, Jarvis,who told us to come back in. Luckily, we live close by and came back for a hot, fresh and CORRECT order plus cookies for the first mistake. Thanks to Jarvis for taking care of us! As a fast food manager myself, I appreciate it and will do business at this location again.

This place is usually slow, most of the time they will make you pull up to the curb to wait for your food, i worked fast food as a teenager i know they do this to wtop their order timer. Also they never give you a receipt if you dont ask for it.
