SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH...thats all i have to say

I randomly came here for during break at work to get some food. I work right across the street. I dump my fries next to my burger and found a roach. I wasn’t fully refunded because of the disgust i threw away the whole meal. The manager says “do i have the roach with me†which i felt was rude and racist because i was black. On the phone i was told i will get full refund and received partial refund when i came to the window and he realized I was black. This is going to be taken up with corporate. I do not recommend.

The burger was dry, the fries tasted like it was the first batch of the day I couldn’t even eat them they were so bad. The coke was ok but overall I was VERY disappointed with my visit.

Terrible customer service. I will never come here again. They don’t greet the customer and mess up orders.

GEVONTA gave pretty good customer service from the drive thru window. The line was a little long, but that’s expected on a Saturday. The inside could have been tended to a bit more the tables had a little trash on them and needed to be wiped down and the restroom trash needed to be emptied. The food was fresh and tasteful. With a score of 91.... pretty good. Thanks guys for your hard work!

Worst Wendy’s ever. Went for lunch in the drive thru and it took almost 20 minutes from the time I entered the line to the time I got my food. When I finally got to the window the employees were arguing about making food wrong. I sat at the window for a long time waiting to get my food because the cashier kept walking away. I finally received my food and I was not thanked. I checked my food after I had driven away and there was cheese on my burger when I had asked for no cheese, and it was on my receipt that I asked for no cheese. Don’t waste your time here.

The manager had an extremely sarcastic smart attitude. He waited until the line was almost out the door before he decided to help the thing lady at the register. I'll never go back to that location.

The people are friendly and conversational, I get senior rates which makes it more affordable, and it's quiet and I get to see people enjoy themselves with their families which to me is very important in life. My favorite Wendy's is at Hamilton Mills Georgia and the intersection of Buford Highway and Buford Drive.

My order was correct, but service wise it was deffinately not Chik Fillet...customer service really needs attention! The main sign and all outside lights weren't turned on. Weren't sure if it was open?
