The customer service was decent, I had no other issues with my meal except for the fact that in my fries there were 3-4 individual strays of red hair! It seemed to be from a synthetic wig. This put me off and made me nauseous and I lost my appetite immediately. I thought all servers of food were required to wear a cap over their hair, this is unacceptable and disgusting!

Service was good. Food was fresh and hot. The 2 things that bothered me was the soft drink machine only had coke products instead of many choices and the machines were always beeping during a very slow night. Nobody can hit the button acknowledging the alerts??

Food was alright. Every employee seemed pretty unhappy to be there. One employee was smoking right at the door closest for me to get in the restaurant. Nobody should have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in your establishment. My friend and I were the only persons to come in the building. Floor was super sticky, every inch of it. Every table was dirty, every flavor in the coke freestyle machine was out. Parking lot was pretty poorly lit. Stay away from this place.

Love the Baconator and the 4 for $4. As always if you are on a strict diet be careful of any fast food but if I am choosing fast food, Wendy's is in my top 5. This one here in Bartram Park is great. Never a single problem with my order.

Closed on a Monday night at 10:55 pm when they’re supposed to be open until 1. There is no information posted outside of the restaurant for customer complaints. My first time coming & I will not be back.

They may have been short of staff but the young man at the window was handling everything with a cool smooth attitude & professionalism ..Love seeing the younger generation in good spirits even under a lil pressure from the outside world..

Forgot this was supposed to be FAST food. Waited for 45 minutes.. and only to receive a WRONG ORDER.. maybe if they weren't texting every 2 minutes things would go a little faster and correctly...

Went through drive through on 2/28/2020 for 2 spicy chicken wraps and a chicken sandwich . Lady at the window forgot my sandwich.Called the store 10 times for no one to answer and couldn't leave a voicemail because it was not configured.After this I called the corporate number just trying to get a refund for the item missing. I was told that a manager would have to call to give the refund.Spoke with store manager on 3/4/2020I was told I had to come up to the store for a refund because their system does not allow it. How is this even possible in 2020 where POS systems are fairly advanced??So not only do they mess part of my lunch up, but they want me to waste more time coming to a store for a measly $1.50 refund.2/5 Food was okay. Rest of the experience was not.
