When they didn't have an item I asked for they comped my meal to recover my experience. I appreciated the manager going out of his way to make up for it. My food was ready quickly and was nice and hot!

Food is usually good. Sometimes mayo is on a sandwich when i request not. My major complaint... What is the point in a mobile order after the dining room closes (9pm) if i still have to wait In the drive through line?? Seems kinda redundant and the food isn't fresh and already paid for.

Usually when school lets out. It's really crowded and they lock one of their door so you can't get in you have to walk all the way around to get in. . Other than that if you go at the right time you get service quickly.

This new renovation is beautiful. Wendy's has upgraded it brand. There is a more modern feel to it... I suggest it wholeheartedly. Wendy's always had good food and service but there establishment has always been a eye sore. But now comfortable...

My favorite fast food place hands down. Always has been. The food is consistently good never changes. Please bring back the broccoli and cheddar cheese baked potato.

Sometimes the service is great. Other times not so much. Kind of a hit or miss. Wait times on food can be pretty ridiculous for fast food.

I understand this is a fast food joint. I can see the distress in the eyes of who looks to be the current kitchen lead. I see the the other staff slacking for a lack of better terms. I know they are training at least one new person. It looks like her staff does not care. I know most people only have a 20-30 minute lunch break. It took roughly 15 minutes to order my food when there were only 3 people in line ahead of me. And another 12 for me to get my order. They have the “place your order here” kiosks but they have lined paper notes saying “out of order”. My food came to me barely warm...

I waited in the drive thur line for a very long time BUT the women apologized for the wait offered me a free itemz and my food was hot. Usually with a long wait you get cold food. She was very polite as well for it to be short staff. This was my first time going to this Wendy's location

I love Wendy's but it's always hit or miss when it comes to getting your order correct. Today our sandwiches where supper cold and was given the wrong nuggets. No issues when taking it back just a hassle to do so. Be sure to check your food before you leave.

Ive never experienced that either. Its actually absurd to even try to believe someone would even sit somewhere for that long waiting on food , id leave in 8 mins or less. Must be a review by an ex employee or friend of one just hating on Wendy's

That happened to me. Wait an hour at a restaurant similar to that.
