Management is the worst Iâ€™ve ever seen. Iâ€™ve lived in riverside for 5 years now and she has been getting worse over time. She rushes every time to take your order both drive thru and walk in. Then she gets the order wrong. I wonder why. If you tell her something is wrong â€œshe is not the one to play with.â€ I wish her superiors would recognize this problem with her. I often drive 20 minutes just so I donâ€™t have to go to this specific Wendyâ€™s and deal with her incompetence. Wendyâ€™s management is going downhill and it is reflecting the brand

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE. First the gentleman made me wait FIVE MINUTES on the speaker before ordering and it was only ONE CAR in front of me. Second, my drink was DISGUSTING. The wild berry syrup was not even stirred up and it tasted as if the syrup was old. Third, they gave me the WRONG hamburger.How do you mess up with a Jr bacon cheeseburger? Forth, the supervisor sounded like she did not care. Fifth, the guy did not give me my RECEIPT ....ughhhhh... itâ€™ll be a long time before I ever come back to this location. Sooooo disappointed ..now Iâ€™m going to bed hungry and wasted my money. ðŸ˜‘ðŸ˜‘ðŸ˜‘ðŸ˜¤

This Wendyâ€™s has fueled many of my nights out at the nearby bars. Theyâ€™ve never let me down. The food is what youâ€™d expect and their usually pretty nice.
