Everytime I order using their mobile app it's as if I'm demonstrating fire to the early caveman. Train your staff.The app does not allow me to order drinks available at the locations with theater fountain dispensers. Fail.I recently tried to add onions to amobil app order and was going to be charged $0.45 more. Seriously? For onions?

I've heard that Wendy's recently changed some things but I hope it's not every Wendy's. Food is still great, fresh and hot but now customers order their own food on a kiosk. I did not like this because it doesn't seem personal anymore. Was busy but I didn't have to wait.

Havent been to a Wendy's in a long rime. Wendy's used to be 'the' place to go for a above average burger, but they have become just another Burger King. Nothing special any more. Service was good at this location.

Service was Nasty. The guy at the register was irritated that "I'm trying to Eat MY lunch, but, it's too busy " About The Rudest Wendy's I've EVER been inside of. Filthy... went to use the restroom and, decided to wait and drive back to hospital (about 15 minutes), go up 6 levels, to pee. As, I Certainly Wasn't using That Restroom. Ludington Does Have a Far cleaner, nicer staff, restaurant. I'll Go To Sonic next time!

Very clean here. Unlike other fast food joints it lacked the presence of flies. Food was good. I hate the fries. But always smile when I get my frosty.
