Good food, but fast it's NOT! While in line at the drive through it feels like they can only handle one customer/car at a time; take the order, take the money, (go slaughter the cow), give them the food..... Then and only then start taking the next order. Once you get through the line, the order is right, the food is good and hot.

People that come to Wendy's when specific things hamburger and fries Wendy's chili things from the dollar value meal whatever they have that it's expeditious get you in and out straight to the drive-thru not a problem

SLOW, every time we visit here. This place needs new management or it will be GONE in a year. The employees are surprisingly incompetent and I am surprised they simply don't improve over time. Not trying to be mean, but wow, just wow.

Slow somewhat on getting the order to me. But it was good quality food. I just hope they don't turn out to be like McDonald's and be poor all the way around.

Eh... pretty mixed reviews here... I had to go inside... men's room was 'Out of order', I was informed that the bathrooms were unisex and that I could use the women's. The whole time I was in the lady's room, I was uncomfortable about having a woman walk in... I can't imagine that women would feel safe in a men's room either. The food was fine. The employees were pleasant. The machine that has numerous drinks available was out of almost everything.

I've never been inside but use the drive through about once a week. Almost without fail, the service is very quick and food is fresh. Most notably, the staff are very very friendly (best customer service by far that I've ever consistently received at a fast food joint)!

They used to have really good fries, and homestyle chicken, but since they got spicy chicken and spicy nuggets and fry everything in the same vat, everything now tastes spicy. I cant eat it, it affects my IBS. Shame too it used to be my favorite place to eat.

Dave Thomas is one of the greatest natural treasures of! Columbus! Fresh never frozen! Great food great value and only fries you can work up n still eat in all of fast food!
