Lousy. The floors were greasy, the chili was warm, just barely, and the baked potato was cold. Not a good experience at all.

4/5 times I have went here they have gotten the order wrong. The younger man at the front Did a great job, he is the person that made this experience better. My colleges went in there today to get food for 4 people in the office and the lady at the front rudely exclaimed "oh my god Reallyy!?!?" They gave them less food than what they paid for. Worst wendy's in term's of customer service and food orders.

Had a very good meal from this Wendy's location. When properly prepared, the Single with cheese is about the best cheeseburger to be had, and this one was exceptional!

The atmosphere was good. Food was hot and delicious. The only problem was the cashier. He shortchanged my daughter $10 and had to recount, then turned around and I had to ask for my $2 change back. I dont know if he was new or not but he is someone that shouldn't be on register.

Personally, I have worked for Wendy's, so I know the ends, and the outs. Our School went on a Field Trip, and we wanted to go to Wendy's for the "4 for 4" combo meal. When I came in, I immediately asked for a manager, and I asked her could we park in their parking lot, because the lot looked kinda small from the road. As we began to order the food for the students, the staff displayed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Restrooms were clean, and our students had a wonderful experience! We had at least 25 orders for food, and we did not have one single mishap!

Went to sit down to eat, Coke machine was working but the Coke man insisted on servicing the machine and dining room attendant literally was 2 inches away from me cleaning tables. Bumped me 3 times...No excuse me or anything. I'm all about having a clean place to eat. But is it necessary to have someone deep cleaning bottom of tables during lunch rush? And why have the Coke guy service the machine during a busy time? Food was good though

Courteous staff and quick service. The drive thru line was pretty long so we went inside and the cashier was super friendly and still very efficient at greeting and taking orders... with a smile! My son's Baconator was a huge hit.

Lunch was pretty good. Cashier very nice. My only grievance is they don't listen. When I say I want crispy hot fries, that means cook them longer than normal because frankly, these places don't cook them long enough. I'm willing to wait. So I get the regular somewhat warm limpy fries. They don't even try. Frustrating. Try harder.... You are one of my go to places.

Such slow service at 10 at night. Waited over 25 minutes for the drive thru. Will definitely not do this again.

One of the nastiest places I have ever been. I was in such a hurry to eat that I didn't notice going in. On my way out I started looking around the floors and tables were filthy and there was trash all over the ground outside. The food was ok but I was hungry :) Will not be back there unless things change.

Poor management at 350 S College Rd. Dining room always messy, food on floor. Counter where Tea, napkins, straws etc. NASTY !!! WILL NOT GO BACK

It was pretty good. Fast drive through service. Husband's spicy chicken sandwich was kinda cold and soggy. Overall it was good.
