The bacon in the Baconator was just several very small strips. The advertising photo is VERY misleading. Fries were cold and stale.Another fail. Will not be returning.

There was a long waiting period, two vehicles left the line ahead of me. My beverage was lukewarm and it was a cold beverage and my meal was cool especially my burger. Unprofessional at the drivr-in window.

The frosty's are great and french fries are great. There was a young lady there by the name of Sykenna you could tell she had been working all day but she was still sweet kind and polite. Very proud of this young lady

As of late I've been getting the Dave's double which means to quarter-pound patties a small fry and a soda. It keeps me satisfied for most of the day. There's also they're single combo, plus the regular menu item of four for four. Ordered their chicken sandwich the other day found that very good too.

staff must be incompetent. they don't know what a crispy chicken BLT is. order is always wrong. i recommend to take the extra 3 min and drive up to the wendys on 232

The service at this Wendy's (Cottman Ave) is always subpar and I avoid it whenever possible, but it is the closest fast food to my house so in a pinch I'll grab dinner there. I try not to be too judgemental of fast good staff because it's a terrible job that they get paid poverty wages to perform. You 100% get what you pay for.

Honestly, do not use door dash. They are the WORST. I worked at a pizza shop for the last 2½ years and have never seen a company so incompetent. You probably think what you're choosing online is going directly to the restaurant. It's not. Someone at door dash's call center in India is calling the restaurant and placing your order over the phone. (The phone numbers come out of California, but the people were DEFINITELY calling from India.) I HATED answering the phone when they called. They were the WORST. Then their drivers were terrible, and then we'd find out that they called the whole order in wrong anyway. Please, use anyone but door dash, you'll have much better luck. Do not torture the local restaurant employees with that company

They need people. The service sucks. They all seem retarded. Hate that Wendy's. It needs new management and everybody should be fired. They don't cover hair. Saw a guy scratch his beard with both hands then touch food. We walked out.
