I loved the extra chocolate chip cookies, but on the condiments on the Burger, it was way to much, spoiled my appetite.

The young lady at the drive thru, she was polite and she smiled and I feel that she gave great customer service. The first window wasn't in use, so the customers, we had to pay at the serving window. And while at that window, she asked to be excused, so she can take the next order and when she was done, she handed me my order and said have a nice day. She was great and had it under control. I will be back 🤓.

This was my first time ordering from Wendy’s and I went through the drive thru. I can’t explain how nice it is to go to any restaurant and receive polite service. I called before I went just to make sure they were still open (some places close earlier due to the virus) and the man who answered the phone was nice. Then when I pulled up to the speaker to order, the lady welcomed me and told me she would be with me in just a moment. She didn’t leave me waiting at the speaker. (I felt like this was considerate) I then paid and went to the other window to get my food. The lady at that window actually greeted me and with a smile handed me my food and made sure I had all my sauces that I would need. Everyone there had a good attitude and I love to see that. I had to write this review because it’s seldom people have this good attitude and polite service. Thank you guys so much!
