Service was not good. Got lukewarm coffee and then they said will replace with new brew coffee which never came.

These kids messed up with lunch order big time... Nooooobiiiiiiyyyyyy.... told my allergy and they did the opposite my sandwich went swimming with mayo.... aaaaahhhhhh.... ouch.... to late to exchange my only meal of the day.... they didn't know what a wendy's float was plus didn't want to give it with my order. So very sad.😓😓😓😥

Horrible experience tonight! We ordered take out and upon arrival qnd settling in at the resort we are staying at, I began to eat my salad and after about two bites I look down and see a BUG of some sort in my salad! I attempted to call the store, but their line rang a few times before giving me a busy signal! The issue was never resolved and I hate to have to drive after getting settled in for the night so I will make another attempt on tomorrow. I just hate that the craving I had for this particular salad was ruined by a nasty dead bug in it.

Yesterday got a salad from here half way almost done look what I find...I could’ve died! the plastic bag was covered with salad dressing...be careful eating salads from here..not only this but the terrible attitude of the night manager young girl...and this place just opened smh

Food is good. The service is just too fast. Yea you get your food fast, however you feel rushed to get it in your window. I like to ask for ketchup and make sure everything is included. Not sure they like that.

Wendy’s tends to be pretty consistent with the quality of their food within the continental US. I came here for just french fries 🟠via drive through since they’re my favorite fries to munch on the go... and I have to say it was the strangest fries I’ve ever had. It was unsalted, undercooked, with frozen center, yet it was stale, as if it was seating around for a while.

Management was very rude. Sent another cashier over to check out the people behind. Completely skipped me and when I said something they didn’t even care that I had been purposely skipped over, so they could help the person behind me that didn’t want to wait their turn. They showed extreme favoritism. If I would not have been on a time crunch I would have just walked out. Very poor service!
