The food here is really good and the location is very close to where I work, the staff are great, place is well kept. But the wait time is a little too long to be able to get there and back for lunch. Twice I was told that they couldn't open because staff members were late. Still it gets four stars for food quality and service when they are fully staffed. Be sure to call ahead before you clock out for your lunch break if you have a craving for Wendy's.

The soda machine in the dining area never has any of the drinks available. The dining room Is dirty, seats and tables rarely if ever get cleaned/wiped down. Pitifully that's the positive.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! When entering the lobby it's always full. Because no one will help the customers. Today alone I watched 4 people walk out because no one was assisting. The crew would look at you, walk away play on their phones, completely ignore the lobby. It takes 30 mins to 1 hour to even get your food. Once you receive the food generally cold, or with the nuggets are rubbery. The only reason. I came here again. Is Burger King is remodeling. Evan the district manager shows no concern for poor state of this location. There have been several complaints. It's really too bad because Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants.
