If I could give no stars I would .I dont know how you can have 4 people by your window all standing there doing nothing I ordered 3 chilies and asked for lots of hot sause and got just a few and I order chicken nuggets and one looks like someone took a bite out of it dont order a drink they dont give you no straws

They told me I had to have a mask on when I went in...I did have face covering that is standard....I turned around and walked out and the manager came out screaming " that's why you're homeless.....first thing I'm not homeless and my essential job title is higher than hers, I deal with customer service every day....if someone said that where I am at they would be fired on the spot....you do not treat customers like that....we all know its trying times with this virus but it doesn't excuse someone being mean....I'll never goto that Wendy's again

I went to order dinner and the manager was fixing burgers with her hair hanging over the food... When i ask her about it she used her hand to toss it back and continue to work with the food ...gross

It really do be like that...

If I were to receive such a substandard & unacceptable order I would go inside & ask for the manager. Show the boss the order, be firm, but polite & make sure they fix it! Sometimes they count on us being so busy that we'll just "let it go" or not find it til we've left & that's why I ALWAYS check my order before I leave!
