Love wendy but this one is slow

This Wendy’s is full of dishonest people and management doesn’t care. Someone stole my credit card from there and used it. They proceeded to not investigate and then lie to me. They gave me a fake number to their district manager. Stay away from this place unless you want mediocre food, service and want to put your personal information at risk.

Made my burger wrong and when I asked them to remake it, they argued with me about it and insisted they made it right instead of just remaking it. I asked for a bacon jalepeno burger and the gave me a regular burger with lettuce, ketchup and pickles. Stop being rude, you know your f@#king wrong, and you need to fix it.

Went to drive thru and ordered a single just cheese and ketchup. I got a salad burger. Mayo, ketchup, pickles, onions, lettuce, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, carrots, dijon mustard, croutons, radishes, olives (black and green). This isnt rocket science. $8 and some change for something i didnt want. Later my stomach hurt too. Smh

I wish I could give it 5 stars. Iove Wendy's in general and this spot is usually a home run. However, most of the tables were dirty, no ketchup, both fountain soda machines were not working, waited longer than normal for drinks, got the order wrong twice, and the young lady that took our order at the register just stared at us. No greeting, no "how may i help you", "may intake your order." To add salt to the wound when she did speak we couldn't hear what she was saying/asking. Food was decent. The fries were old, and our order was wrong. The burgers and nuggets were great.

This was my first time going to this Wendy's. I just wanted to grab a quick bite before I met with a client. It was approximately 6:40pm. Some of my french fries when I bit into them were ICE cold and my chicken sandwich was room temperature, but close to cold. I'm not a big fast food person and this reminds me why I'm not. Definitly not a Repeat!
