This is one of Wendy's new concept restaurants, with a totally different look and feel to older designs. It's very modern both inside and out, and looks quite nice. The ordering process is slightly different, as they take your name and move you to a pickup area like many fast casual restaurants now. The soda fountain is a fancy touch screen affair and although I had no trouble with it I have to imagine some non-technologically inclined folks being a bit flummoxed by the experience. During my visit, the staff was very courteous and didn't seem like they were just going through the motions. It took a bit longer than average for the food to be made, but not too bad and the lady did apologize for the wait. Food itself was good; came out hot and prepared correctly. If you like Wendy's this is a good restaurant, but if you don't its not going to change your mind. Overall, one of the best Wendy's in town and worth checking out to see the future design of the chain.

7:30 pm no one at any tables. All tables have food on them, floors sticky. No napkins . We had to ask twice to get tables wiped down. It's sad because it's a nice looking location with the fireplace. In their defence, the food was very good, so I added one star for that.

Generally a great place to get food! They have their mistakes like everyone else but when I have to pay extra to get something and they forget it then it becomes annoying. Make you sure you check that everything is there before you leave.

None of the tables were wiped off. And the floors were sticky. If this place was clean it would be a real nice place with that fireplace . We were in on a late Thursday night. Not busy so should have been clean

Worst service I have ever received. Went to this location with my father who 66 years old. The employee who took our order tried to fight my dad. Yes you read that right, a Wendy’s employee started to yell at my 66 year old father trying to fight him. I had to intervene and yell at the manager on duty to restrain his employee. Very disappointed with Wendy’s lack of response when I reached out to them via phone. Disgraceful leadership and customer service.

I visited the Bethel road store in Columbus. The design of the store is very modern and pleasant. It has a see through fireplace, multiple monitors, kiosks, inside traffic control and the friendly staff. My good was prepared exactly as I requested. I got the Dave's double Cheeseburger and substituted the fries for a salad. All was super fresh, burger hot, and salad cold. I'd definitely come back when I am in the area again.
