Good food I almost got sick eating the spicy chicken nuggets but over all I have been getting the burger and fries and it's great

Today, around 5:20-5:45 I went into Wendy’s with my father. & a argument broke out between two of your employees. One employee said “ let her say that to my face” and the other employee said “ let’s get it popping” to imply that they were going to fight. This took place in front of everyone, including children. The two girls were very loud. when it was about to get physical another employee jumped in to separate the two. We immediately left and so did others.

They get 1 star because my lil' guy was happy. But going forward, I will avoid this location at all costs!! EXTREMELY slow service, alllllllll the time!!😡

I loved my burger service was fast prices reasonable

Service was a bit slow; but food was hot and predictably good.

The store is located inside of the Rising Sun Plaza it is a stand-alone building with modern finishings a drive-through outside seating televisions and free soda refills it's easily accessible by bus. Ample free parking is available

The absolute worst would never ever go there again no stars

I spend so much money here because my 4 kids love the 4 for 4s and everytime the nuggets are hard and extra extra crispy. Sandwiches always taste like they arent fresh and they are just thrown together. Makes no sense

It's fast service n good burgers

Their food is good as far as fast food goes. Better than their competitors. But the entrance is uncomfortable for my partner due to physical limitations and the drive thru is always so backed up with cars it takes forever to even get to order. This location need to change their entrance and have two windows serving drive thru to expedite.

If I could give negative I would, although I love Wendy's bc it's what I grew up on but this place is unprofessional, very poor customer service, sticky floors, lacking on ice, napkins, utensils etc. It was not busy at the time I walked in and placed my order, however ended up waiting for 45 minutes before getting my meal as the rep gave my order to someone else without even apologizing nor acknowledging their mistake.... No compensation whatsoever.... terrible

The food was disgusting and cold. Workers very slow.

I ordered a Wendy's new fish burger but from the first order I found a hair in its sauce so I asked them to change it but the second one also it had a hair again... I totally lost my appetite however the worse thing had not finished yet... The Store manager( I know her name) refund my money without saying any apology... I told her "you have to say "sorry" at least"... then finally, she said sorry but very rude and displeasing face... I never asked nothing for their terrible mistake we all can make a mistake but her bad attitude was not a mistake anymore... All I wanted to have was having a good lunch but she ruined all my afternoon. It was awful… I certainly don't deserve such things as a customer.

The new jalapeno chicken burger was not great. I think I'll go back to my old reliable the spicy chicken, which is excellent.

I puchased 3, 6 piece nuggets 2 fries and 2 frosties....... i got home and discovered i was missing sauce and a whole 6 piece....... very frustrating and disappointing
