The service was fast and friendly, and the facilities were quite clean (despite the slush and snow outside). My only complaint was the VERY oily bun of my burger. It was practically soaked. Less grease and oil would go a long way.

This location is always clean and the staff very friendly. Wendy's salads are probably my favorite of the fast food places. Suggestion: Find a way to make the grilled chicken spicy? For a low carb option?

The salads are smaller the lettuce taste funny. The salad dressing packs are smaller. The bake potatoes are also smaller, with barely any cheese on it. My potato was lukewarm

Self serve order and pay kiosk. Efficient service. Clean Restaurant. Frosty machine working, unlike shake machine at McDonald's down the street.

Wendy's is a relatively cheap, good option for when you're hungry and craving fast food. Over the years, I've come to like this place a lot better than McDonald's. I'm addicted to the chicken nuggets and the special dipping sauce (which tastes better than Chick-Fil-A, IMO). I like the self order kiosks, because I prefer using a machine to talking to a cashier (social anxiety, perhaps?). This review applies to the campus location on High Street. I don't know if it would apply to every Wendy's.

Both my sandwiches where missing all toppings. Luckily we were dining in and didn't have to drive back to have our order fixed. They fixed it without gloves but hey I was hungry. The food wasn't bad

When I first arrived it was very hot in the restaurant. The manager told me that the air conditioning was broken. Personally I would have sent the employees home because it was 82 degrees, little too hot to be grilling. I wanted to order a cookie Sundae but they were out of vanilla soft serve. I ordered a drink and there were only 4 options. I have no idea what was going on at Wendy's today but it was a terrible experience. As I as waiting for my food another manager came in on her shift and I told her about the coke machine and she rolled her eyes and said "it is what it is, I just got here and I don't know what's going on". Oh yes, they had no kids honest drinks and they refused to give me strawberries and blueberries instead of the fries. If I read the menu correctly it is an option.

Do not bother ordering a kid's meal. They do not have any thing except soda for drinks. This has been ongoing for several months. I want a honest kids drink not a soda. On top of that they refuse to give me fresh fruit instead of fries even though the menu states otherwise. On top of that they have no AC and it has been several weeks.
