I’ve been to this Wendy’s 3 times in the past couple of weeks and it’s really bad service. 1. Slow drive through and inside service (understaffed). Really slow. 2. Orders were messed up each time3. Out of basic soda (coke) at the self help dispenser all times 4. Women’s bathroom (for my daughter) door code wouldn’t work. Had to get employee help. 5. Out of ketchup inside6. The booth at sat at was broken. Half the upholstery was gone and you could feel the wood.

Came in at 9pm on a Friday stood in line for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order. I asked the workers who was the cashier they said his name and continued to carry on with their conversations and playing around. After around 6-7 mins there is several people waiting in line and still no one, so I left. Will never go back, ghetto and unprofessional. The smell of weed coming from the workers and overall just lack of care for the customer.

The food is good, but the service is not. Today three customers waited at the counter for 8 minutes just for someone to take our orders. We each wanted a small Frosty and got them quickly, but that just made it more irritating that we had waited so long to order. When Lane Tech lets out the staff can't keep up, even an hour later.

I always stop purchasing some food here. I loved the prompt service and well prepared dishes. Never disappointing.

Poor service, even using the kiosks. Employees on their phones while people are waiting for them to assemble their food. Missing items when delivered. Cold hamburgers. We thought after the tear down and the new building, the owners were trying to improve the experience. Instead, it's just "lipstick on a pig". Will not be back

Solid Wendy's location—recently renovated and nice feel to it. Sometimes orders take longer than other times, but the food is consistent in the end.

I stopped at this location to order a salad. Weekdays are very difficult to get served here because of Lane students.I placed my order and waited, and waited, and waited some more. Someone finally noticed that my number 55 had been overlooked and many people with lighter orders had already been served and left. I just wondered how long it would take them to notice. Finally someone did and she was extremely embarrassed by the situation. They they filled my order and gave it to me. Not one word of explanation. Not an apology for the long long wait and being overlooked. Nada. Not a single word about it.The salad was still very good. But I think I can be better served at another location

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We waited 10 minutes at the (speaker) drive-thru just to place the order. When we got our food the fries were cold and the chili was barely warm. Terrible service and food quality.

The chili was on point the young lady at the cash register was very nice there are a lot of kids that come in because of the school right across the street overall rate service the lobby was kind of dirty because of the kids back and forth

This morning I notice manager giving attitude to students that purchase food. Management should take care of customers with respect. Just cause they are students they are a paying customer. Need training In Customer satisfaction.

Unclear if open or not with employees sitting inside and not responsive when trying to get their attention. Seems they are just hanging around with a line at drive through and walk up doors locked though within open working hours
