The manager was VERY RUDE AND BELLIGERENT food was missing and the food we did get was cold and tasted very old . i will never eat here again

Employees are rude, I ordered 8 chicken sandwich and they only rung me up for one and I tried to get their attention and they totally ignored me, when I pulled up to the window I told them the issue they told me I had to pull all around again and place my order when I had already waited on the drive way 20 mins I told them it was for someone at the hospital but didn’t care told me to pull around and order again will never go back. Poor customer service

The food is hot and so delicious

I have purchased food from this establishment a copious amount of times. I live 5 minutes away and the convenience is perfect for my trip home from work. That being said, I have never in my life been to a place that is constantly poorly managed. Orders wrong, and when you go back to correct them they get an attitude. I have had this happen several times and never have I ever been met with a manager who was willing to make things right. The owner of this Wendy’s needs to clean house and rehire. The customer service is lousy, I have had staff talking about people ordering In The line. Complaining about them and calling names. I constantly have stale fries when I go and the are never fresh. To make my point clear. The next visit I have there, if it is not at the very least 80% satisfactory, I’ll be calling the BBB. Get a grip on your business before you lose it.

Service is very good, nice atmosphere would like to go back again

Ordered spicy chicken combo, ate it and was sick 2 minutes later. The oil for fries and chicken is rancid. My stomach was upset for days. I also have several employees that ate there for lunch and had same experience. The oil is so rancid you can smell it couple hundred feet away at Harris teeter shopping center. CHANGE YOUR OIL.

Extremely poor service. I called just now to ask what they are doing to help prevent the spread of the virus and keep workers and customers safe. A very valid question in today's environment. Their response? "Oh we wearing gloves".... and then they hung up on me!!! Dont go there. My bet is they're not practicing safe habbits and it is a risk to your health to eat there

Might get a better review when they can get my simple orders right. 10/10 always leave with food that requires a fork or knife and they dont put in cutlery

Good service and modern look however the chicken in my sandwich was over cooked.

Chili had huge (larger than 50 cent piece) pieces of ground beef. Wife would not eat all of it.

They got my food mixed up but still loved the meal

The staff at the Cloverdale location are very friendly and polite. Great food and fast service.
