Even though their machines were down and they were insanely busy, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The manager even came over to make sure I had been taken care of. Great job everyone!

This is a decently nice Wendy's restaurant as it has pretty updated facilities, however it is not taken care of very well. Cleaning is sparse and not very thourough and the floor is ALWAYS sticky which has a pretty gross feeling to walk on. The counters are sticky and the tables are usually nasty. I am a regular customer here only because of its proximity to my job and home so I can speak from general experience here. Employees can be rude occasionally or take a while to get orders complete. The order is always right though and it aleys tastes good and fresh. I would recommend other Wendys locatuons in the area that have much nicer facilities and well kept dining areas. Otherwise just go to McDonalds acriss the street.

Service was slow and seemed short handed. Soda machine was out of order. The drive through soda machine was out of Dr. Pepper.

Agree run in there cause they should b open at 6:30 could of gotten something to eat b 4 work. All good go to mikie ds they were open.

Several restaurants and stores near by all of them have change...how about rounding down if you cant provide me my legal tender or close your store and move on

You will close down soon if you do not fix the issues there. I am not the only one as you can read. Your employees are not engaged. Since that location opened I visited 3 times; a day after it opened and almost 3 years later, the last 2 times I will ever drive thru that place. The last time I just backed off the drive thru and went to your competitor. Where is the leadership there? Who is mentoring these employees? They look like they hate it there! Fix this soon or risk closing for lack of good service!
