Wendy's

My boyfriend went to pick us up dinner and when he opened up the bag at home the wrong food was in it! He didn't want to go back out so I went back and when I got to the window, the manager, Stephanie, was willing to help and was so nice! I didn't have the receipt or anything and she said it was no problem and just re-made my order. This was the best experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. This is the best Wendy's in the area by far!

FAVORITE BURGER ESTABLISHMENT

Soooooo happy about the fruits and more of a variety for healthier foods! Best fast food place so far! Keep up the great work! Let's make america healthy together!! Maybe not the burgers fries and such but, you do use sea salt which I also love. Best fries ever! 😉 Just please make sure women are wearing hair nets and gloves, even when preparing ANYTHING, even the salads!! There is nothing that can make you lose your appetite so quick other than pulling a long piece of hair out of your food/mouth!!! It can accidentally happen, but if you work with food, you really need to keep ur hands clean at all times, wear gloves & keep replacing them every so often, as you are touching everything with the gloves now too, and if you have hair, put it up in a bun or pony, or w/e and put two hair nets on if you have a lot of hair. Just keep a clean environment in ANY food place. :) Where do you get your fruit from?

Only got fries and a coke because I hadn't eaten since the morning..and even though the drive through was very busy..and you'd expect fresh hot fries with that turnover of customers, they were cold, and limp, no crunch at all and half of a box. I ended up tossing them. Not worth the aggravation of turning around and having to drive back through or walk in..terrible. Such a simple task. Hire some managers that know how to motivate their team to get the job done properly. Its not rocket science.

Love their cheese burgers

this wendy’s is sooo slow! it takes usually 2-5 minutes for them to acknowledge you waiting at the drive thru.. and everyone is so rude, they don’t even say hi they just open the window and grab the money.i went for a salad the other day and they told me they ran out of lettuce so i couldn’t get any salad, so i ordered something else. while i was sitting at the window waiting for my food i heard the person inside tell a customer they still had taco salads.... why was i told i couldn’t get one then?!today i went and got the new caesar salad and i didn’t even get salad dressing!waste of time and money!!

The best I've eaten before

People need to listen to orders. I asked for 3 spicy chicken wraps and 2 jr cheese with ketchup only and manage to messed that up. I got 2 cheese burger with everything in it and the three wraps was not spicy chicken wraps instead they gave me chicken ceasar wrap... on top of that the chicken in the wrap was the size of a nugget! I will never stop at that wendy's ever again.

I gave it one star because there is no other opportunity to rate this restaurant service less! Visited this restaurant last weekend and has the worst service ever!! I have experience working as a shift manager in a fast food restaurant. I have a list of complaints.1. Was rushed to order.2. Requested a drink tray (rudely told there's no more) while trying to fix the drinks in the car with no tray..Employee is impatiently holding straws and napkins with an attitude.3. Employees scratching head with gloves on!4. Was given cold fries and nuggets.5. Food was sloppy and thrown in the bag... Shame on whoever trained these employees!! Need to fix this issue ASAP!!! Will never come back to this establishment!!

Good food like always. The only fast food burgers I will buy
