Wendy's justbisnt good anymore. The food and service has gone way down hill

The young girl up front has a poor attitude. Dont understand why she mad at me and I'm a paying customer

Its great if you want fries with hair in it. Im so disgusted 🤢🤢

I think their systems were down so it was a bit slow going. But the service was still amazing. They were fast and efficient.

I was there at noon today...everything that could be negitive about the visit happened. Cold dried up food...poor service...long wait at drive thu...NEVER MAKE MY MISTAKE...This location is next to QT and near I-85...horrible

Fast service could not even get my coke filled burger and fries were ready.

I have been here twice and received a salad with frozen wilted lettuce. They do not answer the phone and customer service is horrible.

I cannot believe the guy inside on the register hasn't been fired yet. It is so obvious he is high. He doesn't know how to answer simple questions as to what comes on sandwiches. He cannot remember for 2 minutes which salads they have available. He messes up my order continually by not telling the cooks "no mayo". Why do they have the berry salad on the menu if they NEVER have it when I order it? If they aren't going to be able to serve or make one, they just need to take it off the menu.

The food. Was ok. Fries were hard and food was dry. Not surprised. The place was a complete mess. The coke machina was filthy. And the floor was sticky all around it. The door when u come in is filthy, and there's always bums hanging around the front asking people for money or food... Needs to be cleaned and managed better..

They love giving you unsalted cold azz fries

It was the lunch rush, but it was just too slow for "fast food". I ended up walking out unfortunately..... and I'm sooooo hungry 🤣. Maybe it's a sign to eat something that's a little better for me 😁.

They took 20 minutes to serve me and they didn’t even get me to correct drink

This place has very bad customer service. I came here today the door was locked at 10:35am. The woman at the counter told me there was no potatoes.There was absolutely no food ready. I changed my order and ask were the cookies fresh. She rudely responded there fresh everyday and rushed me with the rest of my order. The drive thru also was closed down. I definitely won't be returning.

The new breakfast was surprisingly really good, I'd definitely come back and order this again

they were so rude we pulled up to the register a lady yelled at us and told the other worker thats how you are supposed to talk to them and they got the order all wrong my buffalo chicken salad the chicken was frozen the lettuce was all nasty and brown they were soooooo rude we asked if they were sure this was a full and the lady turned around and said “have a good day ma’am and slammed the window shut and they took forever
