I usually enjoy wendy's food and I want really disappointed today - but the inside line was ridiculous and that seems to be the trend for this location. If you want to dine in be prepared for a long wait.

The staff was very nice. The fancy drink machine did not have any normal drinks, only diet drinks. However, the nice staff prepared the normal drinks themselves. The order was accurate and served quickly. Great job Wendy's!

How can you go wrong with the 4 for $4 deal? Seriously, this menu may be the best value in the fast food business right now. 4 items for $4 bucks. (Sandwich, nuggets, fries, drink). You can up-size any of the items as well.

Arrived little before noon. No one in line but still had to wait to place order. Fries were quite disappointing, seemed like half old fries and half fresh fries.

I sat in the drive-through line for the Wendy’s on West St for nearly 15 minutes. In that time frame I only move forward just a little bit because two cars ahead of me pulled out of the drive-through line who had been waiting just as long. After sitting still for that 15 minutes I pulled out of the drive through line only to have another car follow me. That’s for cars in total that ended up leaving because there was no movement in the drive-through line. I drove over to the Wendy’s on Defense Highway and my order was taken and received in about five minutes. Not to mention it was made correctly and the staff was friendly. I had a coupon for buy one get one free chicken sandwich. Missy, an employee at the Defense Highway Wendy’s, told me to keep my coupon and use it for another time since the current promotional deal they had going on gave me a cheaper price. Now that’s good customer service, and will have me come back to the Wendy’s again on Defense Highway. Thank you Missy!
