Great food and friendly staff. The line was ling but they sped through the line and was still friendly and great. Very clean and didnt mind that we stayed in the lobby eating after hours. 5 out of 5.

When I usually come here they're ok. But today was bad. 1 missing burger, half filled cup of chili, more ice in my cup then pop, and all of the food was cold and i didn't get my receipt. I couldn't come back because I was running late to work.

Good clean Wendy's with friendly staff. The wait was like 60seconds longer than normal so they upgraded my sides for free without me asking or addressing the wait. Food was good and hot.

This Arby's just got rebuilt and it has leaks in the ceiling in two places that I noticed and I bet there is more, the person who took my order made me pay way more then what I was supposed too because he added more items then I bought. Plus my order was complete garbage.

I want to give it a higher rating but sadly can't. It is very slow, and sometimes the staff can be a little rude. But otherwise this is an amazing place to eat. I recommend cheese fries those are really good. Nuggets are good too. I've only had a problem with one staff member but otherwise the staff is nice. And it's not always slow but usually is. They just need more staff that's all. Anyways if you're looking for some food this is a good place to go.

Horrible! Ordered the S'awesome burger meal. No sauce on burger barely any toppings. Tasted like a plain burger. Fries were ice cold. Boyfriend ordered chili. Which you think isn't that hard to f-up. But they put cheese on it, when we never asked for it. He's lactose intolerant. Won't ever go back to this location.

Ordered the berry burst salad, supposed to come with feta cheese. Apparently they were out of feta cheese so they made the salad with bleu cheese and decided not to tell the customers when they order the salad. So not only do I not get what I went there for, had to drive back to return it when they could have told me at the drive thru when I ordered it. Poor customer service!

The location on Telegraph in Taylor MI usually provides the freshest food and best customer service. This time I got burnt bacon on my salad though...hmmmm

Usually an awesome location and my favorite quick go to! Not tonight though! Fire the cook! All Of our fries look like they’ve been sitting a good while, Nuggets hard and couldn’t eat, Burgers cold and dry! The cheese was still cold! My daughters “never frozen†burger was pink on the inside but hard as a brick!
