Second time in a week that I went in for chili and waited in line for over ten minutes... didn't even have order taken. Terrible staff, even worse service... Slowest fast food restaurant ever. Go anywhere else but Manitowoc wendys. Thanx for wasting 2 of my lunch breaks in one week!!!

Service is occasionally slow and inaccurate depending on who takes your order, and the drive thru is so slow you're better off going inside sometimes. Food is fine though, and the only fast food restaurant around that sells baked potatoes.

Usually have no issues but today....girl in drive thru is NOT QUALIFIED for fast food or customer service. Need to put her in the back so she doesn't have to interact with humans

Forgot my bacon on my burger but promptly took care of it and asked if i wanted a new one made. Place is redone inside and looks clean and new.would have been more upsetting if i had gone through drive thru and gotten home to find it wasnt right. We were eating there and they fixed it right away so you cant really ask for more than that.

After failing to properly scan my coupon so I didn’t get the deal for the free Chicken Honey Butter Biscuit I ordered one along with my larger sized frosty-ccino and seasoned potatoes and I got a large frosty and plain biscuit, with no apologies and no correction. I technically got what I paid for but I didn’t get what I asked for.

I really enjoy the taste of their food and the prices aren't bad. Service tends to be a tad bit slow, though.

Wasn't really trilled over the Bacon Cheese Burger,on top of that it was COLD when we got it , the only things I like are the choices of soda and their Frosty's
