This is one of the newer style Wendy's and the look is refreshing. The service was prompt and friendly. A worker spoke while cleaning and was very nice. The food was very good, and the drink machine is one that has a large variety of options.

Night shift manager tonight 4/15/19 needs to be seriously re-trained in customer service. No “thank you†or even at the very least EYE CONTACT when I was handed my food through the drive through. Just stuck her hand out with the bag while talking to another employee. I didn’t bother waiting around for my change. Maybe use that 50¢ to buy yourself some manners. Will not be back to this location.

They’re under new management, not sure when he took place but he has this place running smoother than honey butter. Even my bf has noticed how great the establishment has become. The manager engages staff and decorates. They haven’t gotten our order wrong since he’s been there and they are fast and efficient. Quickly became one of our top fast food places. Thanks.

Had to ask for fresh fries when told everything was being made fresh. Then bit into one of my spicy nuggets and they were warm...so over fast food places. But customer service was ok.

Worst experience ever at this location!! No ice! Drinks were all half gone. And the ice/drink machine was leaking all over the floors with nobody cleaning it up at all. We was there for 30 mins with no one doing anything. Food was absolutely disgusting!!! Wendy's should be ashamed of themselves!! And this was not during a peak time!
