Wendy's

Stopped after work, around 700 pm. One car in front of me in drive thru. Waited 10 minutes, pulled around to go inside, stopped at the door when I saw no one inside or at counter. Got back in car and drove to another Wendys on my way home. Notorious for slow service at this location.

I love their chili it has so much meat

I visited this Wendys 3-11-2020 around 1:30 pm and used my USAA Visa today and saw that the drive thru man turned his back to me and took a picture of my visa card. I asked him why he did that and his reply was he was checking the time on his phone. Why would he have a phone while serving customers at the window. Very strange and usual.

It was an extremely long wait here at the drive thru. They said that they had a catering order and it'd be faster if I came inside. Well why do you go through the drive thru-BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO GET OUT YOUR CAR!!! I was in a hurry. I therefore missed my appointment. Other than that food was good.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I like how the service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept all the time. Rates are fair and they serve generous portions.

Worst Wendys! Beware when you order something for pickup. I ordered something for pickup and then when I went there to get my food, the guy in the drive thru asked me to go back in line. I dont see why you can order something for pickup then. That is the most unreasonable thing I have ever heard. I left without picking up my food. Keep the food then. Never coming back!

I ordered 2 $5 double stack big bags or whatever it's called from here through door dash... My fries were burnt!! The chicken nuggets were burnt and dried out!! Very unsatisfied!!

This place stays extremely busy. I was Door Dashing and ended up there 4 times in over an hour. Those spicy nuggets are obviously the business, everyone wants some. Now let's talk about the manager. Didn't get his name but he's a star. An older gentleman had a medical emergency. Devon a cashier alerted the manager who then rushed out and he and a guest walking in, caught the man before he collapsed. The guests were concerned and called 911 immediately. It was nice to see everyone come together so quickly. It was very scary and hectic. I felt sorry for the man and the manager because it was so busy. That manager needs a raise he works very hard and seemed able to control the situation and keep the food coming.

I just left from there they messed up on my order then tryed to say they gave me my food n didnt just ghetto need better management

Inside wasn't ideal, ketchup dispenser broke and had to get a key for the bathroom, food though was great. Best Wendy's fries I've ever had.

I was really hungry and very happy said thank you and everything. My fries were hot so i didn't think nothing of the fact they had to been "re dipped" yes my fries and nuggets are over cooked and my fries are so dry i refuse to finish them. Im at work but i called 3 times no answer! I want what i paid for.

I dislike the long wait in the drive thru. 20 minutes is way too long and it wasn't a lunch rush. The people who work the drive thru were extremely nice and the food was excellent. I wouldn't condemn the place just pick up the pace or hire more employees.

Not sure what's going on with Wendys lately but it has been occurring at ANY of the locations we've visited. 45 minutes in a drive thru line is not okay (when I'm 3rd in line...). And I check my bags before leaving the window because most of my items were wrong or missing. Most. And then the window employee tells me they substituted items because they were out...giving me spicy chicken instead of grilled....for my child that cannot handle any spice. I'm at the point where even my kids say nevermind they don't want to wait that long to get the wrong food or missing items.
