This place is awesome! It's right on a big, interesting intersection on Market St near Union square in the historic Warfield building. The beer and wine menu features many local drinks and the food is great. I had a BLTA sandwich with an arugula salad and it was honestly on of the best I've ever had. The bread was to die for, from a local place called Bakers of Paris. The owner Tom was in and he guided us through all of the beers and talked music with us for a couple of hours. He also have us a hand written list of all the best food around, including his other restaurant, Causwells, which I'll definitely check out after eating here.

Very small, but extremely friendly and attentive service. The bartenders acknowledged us immediately upon entering, and we had drinks and food ordered within minutes, even though we had to wait 10-15 minutes to actually get seating for our party of 4. The food was prepared right in front of us, and was excellent. I would return for certain.

This spot rules! Get the ploughman's and a beef sando.

Nice little bar and coffee shop with their own beers and wine. Friendly and relatively inexpensive.

A gem hidden on market st! Fabulous wine and beer list, amazing sandwiches, and a pretty dang great staff. Definitely will be back! The least snooty wine bar in the city, and a ton of fun.

Great selection on food and drinks. Try the chicken sausage sandwich, it's just as good as the customer service. Say hello to Tom!

Great food, ambiance and fantastic views. What a great restaurant! My cocktails were delicious. Sea Bass with couscous was out of this world. Try the Chocolate Tuxedo with an espresso after dinner. Then move outside for live music and a few more drinks. Excellent choice for a romantic evening.

Awesome food, highly recommend their beef sandwich, great wine suggestions. Super friendly staff, very welcoming. They took their time with us and gave us additional recommendations to check out. We'll be back again! Thanks for a great experience!
