Best bagels I've had in Alberta.

Not to impressed with the food safety. When they top up the cream cheese, they pull out a lump of cream cheese stored only in plastic wrap and place it on the counter. They don't even bother to take the Sharpie off the counter when they rest the cheese on it (see photo). The staff switch between handling cash, eating their own meal and preparing and serving food without any hand washing or putting on gloves.
