Wayback Burgers

First time customer - enjoyed the freshly made burger. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stop by again next time I'm in the area.

Only one employees ave excellent service and amazing tasty food! I’ve been searching for this flavor for a long time.

Great burger, lackluster service. Showing up at 12:30pm on a Tuesday, I was the only person in the restaurant. Not a great sign. Two teens were working the counter. Neither one said a word as I approached. I said, "Hi guys!" Neither responded. As I received my order, about 5 minutes later as the food is prepared fresh, I told the guy that I didn't get a drink cup. He whispered something to the other guy and they just stood there, seriously. An older gentleman (manager or owner?) walked over, asked what I needed, and gave me a cup, along with an apology. Very odd. I will say the burger and fries were delicious, and fresh! With a tab of $13.03 for a burger, fries, and drink, you need something to stand out. Here, it's not the service or atmosphere. Upon leaving, I was going to talk to the manager, but all three were nowhere to be seen. Thanks for coming in today! Or not.

Loved it! Damn! Their burgers are DELICIOUS! To add to it..the customer service is awesome.

I’ve only been here once but I though the food was very good. I got a very cheesy cheeseburger and onion rings. The portions here are large! I wish I’d had someone to share my meal with. When I was there for lunch it seemed like there was only one staff member. They weren’t busy but I worried for her if a crowd came in. I had to ask for a to-go box and she was in the back washing dishes, I felt bad interrupting her. I hope that this was an anomaly and not how this location is normally run because only having one person on staff in an operation this size is unfair.

The coffee milkshakes are the BOMB! Also you need to try the Irish Nachos. I ordered both of these with a burger....wish I hadn't gotten the burger (which came out first). The nachos and milkshake were FAR BETTER ... too bad I had almost finished the burger when I got the sides.

Delicious burger and fast friendly service. The homemade chips were really good!

Love the food. It’s never busy when I’ve been in. Slightly on the more expensive side but what restaurant isn’t these days. Staff is always really great.

Naperville Crossings consist of multiple Food joints & Wayback burgers being one of fastfood joints.My 4 years old love munching on Fries & on 4th of July when most of the restaurants were out, Way back Burger Saved the day. Although they took about 15 minutes for an order of Fries, I’m glad to say it was delicious, freshly made. The restaurant contains a huge seating space along with bar stools, I like how clean was the premises, an important factor I always make note of. #Fries

Phenomenal service. Staff is very attentive, polite, friendly, and pleasant. I have come in for lunch break here 3 times and the cashier made the effort to remember my name. I would not come back as often as I do if it weren't for the staff. Truly, truly great.

Better than Five Guys. Top tier burgers.

Awesome food and service my new favorite place

It was okay, expensive for what we got. It ordered the cafe milkshake... tasted like melted refrozen vanilla icecream. The burgers were just burgers didnt have any flavor other than the bacon on mine, I could have made them at home. The employee didnt seem to want to be there, didnt get a happy welcome or anything. They have many drink choices for the fountain like juices, which I enjoyed since my family doesnt drink soda. The owner was nice and apologetic for the slow time on the fries. The menu has plenty of choices to choose from. But all in all it's not a place I'd crave or probably come back too.
