Most every Wawa gas station has free air. If somehow it isn't working at this station there is a second Wawa gas station a mile north. You are almost guaranteed to find one working between the two of them.

That date is a "sell by", which means it can be sold till that date, when that date arrives, if, as you say, you bought the product the day before, the milk is still good, but Wawa has to take it off the shelf, by next morning, and, can no longer sell it. That date, is a sell by date, not a use by date.
