Waterman Bar & Grill

I've probably been here more on a "self-date" than on any other occasion but the bar staff is amazing, I only remember Cody's name but he's fantastic! The Deck Hand drink and Employees-Only Manhattan are fantastic. The food is amazing, I'm slowly working my way around the menu.... It's hard to when you enjoy it all so much you just go back to it. Between lobster roll or po boy, a fried platter, and the trout you can always find something to fit your seafood craving from casual to a more refined plate. And of course the oysters! The Sea Level Salties are always available but 4 other rotating varieties are available. If you see any fr Prince Edward Island, Canada, throw those in your oyster order, namely if it's the alpine variety. You'll see me around plenty more, Waterman!

We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we visited this excellent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely time there with excellent food and an experienced stuff and a professional chief cook. We put this venue in our phone list and we will definitely come back very soon. Highly recommended.

Shrimp and fish taco were good with scallion pancake tortillas. Fries were very good. Oysters were ok and presented nicely. However, we weren't happy about ordering steamed oysters (for my pregnant wife) as they are not part of the $1 happy hour and I had to shuck them myself. Rocksalt lets you pick your oysters raw or steamed and preshucked and maintain the same price.
