Best coffee place in Dayton. Great casual food too!

Neat little diner...great food & service. Everything on the menu looked good. I'll definitely be back!

Definitely use their website to order ahead and pick up through the drive-thru, very convenient. It's hard to find a vegetarian biscuit sandwich - it was very tasty! Latte and chai latte were both quite good, very friendly staff.

Excellent find. Wasn't expecting this level of skill in this area.

Looking for a place to eat that I'd not been to as new in area. Saw this and went in. Bigger than it looks from outside. Lots of parking in back. Variety of types of coffee, sandwiches, both brkfst and other, hot or cold. Chips $1, dill pickle stick 0.25 but good. No head lettuce, put mixed greens on my tuna sandwich and it was excellent! I just got water to drink. Relaxing chair areas, high top or lower tables. Several people sitting and using computers, reading, eating. Noticed one with salad & appeared to be big bowl. One I brought home looks smaller but I think price the same. Music in background not disruptive but not elevator music either. Will return. Prices moderate to lower.

First time was a hit. Great breakfast sandwich. Got the egg, avocado spinach sandwich. Homemade biscuit ...great sandwich. Coffee good. Entry of seating. Most parking in back with downstairs door. Will definitely return

This is one of regular coffee stops and we have never been disappointed. We love coming here for their sandwiches, scones, espresso, and lattes. They do a great job of dialing in and pulling espressos with various types of beans (so be ready for something new, potentially each time you visit). The cold brew is above average and consistently great as well.

Delicious food, true coffee, great staff and service. My only "complaint" is how some guests treat the place. Though the name is Warehouse, and there is furniture- this is still a restaurant, not a home to let children run, jump, and play in the space. Please be courteous of others dining experience, and turn down computers/phones as well.

I love their coffee and gluten-free peanut butter cookies. (I wish y'all would cut back on the chocolate chips in everything... some people just like banana nut bread!) It's a great place to sit and study or chat. It's getting pretty popular!!

Some of the best coffee around with some of the best food as well. Honestly I buy their breakfast sandwiches mainly because the biscuits are so good.

These guys know what they are doing. Very rich tasting espresso/ cappuccino. Sandwiches are made fresh and you have some great options. Try their avocado, spinach and egg on whole wheat. Priced very well for the quality. I wish they were open a bit later in the evening.

Very cozy place, warm and has various arts u can buy. The only downside is that there isn’t very many options. I would like to see frappes maybe? They didn’t have much that I liked so I got a hot cocoa.

This is the best coffee shop in the area. The food is good, the coffee is amazing and the staff is so wonderful and friendly. I have been going to this shop for several years now, and it has only gotten better!

This is a great place to come and hang out or work, there is plenty of seating and space. Also there is a great vibe and atmosphere. However, I only gave 4 stars because my latte was not very hot when I got it, and I got it in a mug so it cooled off very fast. However, there was good flavor and it wasn't overly sweet. This is definitely a nice coffee shop!

Delicious food and chai lattes. Online ordering with drive through pickup was easy. We'll be back.
