The hidden gem of the Kalamazoo area. It's not only convenient, 5 minutes off the highway, the food and portion size is unrivaled. The people are hometown kindhearted folks that just want you to enjoy yourself. Highly recommend the "Cuban Sandwich." Amazing people. Amazing value.

I'm fairly certain everything here on the restaurant side is completely homemade, nothing is frozen or reheated. On the store side they have shelves full of jams, honey, booze, other variety store stuff, as well as free samples of a bunch of tasty treats and odd flavour combinations. It is very cozy all around.

The food was good, but they only had one waitress and the service was a little slow.

Friendly service and interesting selection

This place is amazing. It's a little bit off the highway and I stop here everytime I visit family. The food is GREAT. The pizza rivals any good Chicago thin-crust pizza and the portions are huge and filling. The store, while limited in space offers a pretty good selection of snacks, beverages, local foods, and keepsakes.I'll be returning for years to come.

This is our go to place for breakfast. My wife and daughter just got lunch for the first time here and once again we are impressed. The food is,always fresh and tastes good. None of this Sysco delivered and premade . It's homemade and you can taste it. This is probably our 6th time here and will be returning again.

Bethany the waitress was very helpful, and the gluten free pizza is large and really out of this world! The atmosphere is pleasant, unusually clean, and totally family dining! Great spot in the country, very little traffic and easy to find. Just 5 minutes off i94. We love it!
