The older man Russell was my favorite employee. That moe guy has serious anger issues. Half of them don’t have teeth and are very disrespectful. I remember going there last year around may and the west store had the best staff. Then michelle quit. What amazing manager. But now it’s just not worth being open anymore. People don’t want to work. Very unfortunate.

This store is a love hate spot for me. service is usually really slow and have to repeat myself multiple times just to make an order. With that said I love the coffee and foods. Always tasty. I go this time of year specifically for the maple bacon croissant which is amazing wish they had it year round. Step up service and that would make this place amazing.

Cold coffee is not a coffee!
