A little old Apita.It is not yet blunt.There are various restaurants on the 1st floor, and there is a wide selection of supermarkets.

At this level, it's like an ordinary little big country department store.The impression that the store clerk and affair were not good enough and were much more abandoned than in the days of Uny and the sun terrace.

It's a good mall with value deals. Close to Kariya station. Ample parking is available. Many variety of eateries are available. Has good mens formal section with reasonable pricing. 100 yen shop is available. Shoes shops also have reasonable prices . Overall good to consider if looking for reasonably priced not so famous brand products

My favorite place to go when visiting.

I saw the Kariya Wanaka Festival fireworks from the rooftop in 2018. On that day, it is free open from 16 o'clock, close to the station, there are toilets, shops, and you can see fireworks comfortably. However, it is 3 km from the launch site, so regrettable that there is little power. The sound of fireworks is also small. I went there an hour ago, but I could afford it. Although the apartment is somewhat disturbed and there are parts that it is hard to see, I am satisfied because I can see it slowly and comfortably. It is better to take the place on the left side as much as possible.
