Food is always fresh and ready fast

Visitor from out of town. Have loved this place since I was a child. Had a horrible experience earlier today. Food was bland and felt microwaved. Sauces had no taste. The duck and mustard sauce comes in ketchup and mustard containers?? Service was also awful. Will not go back

The chicken was horrible. The sauce also. Completely drenched and the chicken texture was almost sand like. The rice was more dry than a dessert. I’m sorry this was the worst food ever. I’d rather order already cooked Chinese food that you heat in the microwave than this. Absolutely terrible service.
