I have been going to eat here for years. Now the service has gone down hill. Full Service table service is terrible. No customer service at all. Went in for brunch and 45 minutes Waiting for a egg salad sandwich. All the other tables that came after me received there food. I got up and asked the employees what’s taking so long. My sandwich was on the counter with flies and insects crawling on my sandwich. Got out of there right away. Never going back to Wagshal’s. The Employee's did not even care they laughed as I left.
