At Waffles, INCaffeinated, we believe that breakfast should not be excluded from fine dining. We offer unique, delicious and artistically plated dishes prepared from scratch using a wide variety of ingredients. We start with a sourdough waffle, perfectly prepared, buttery, crispy and deliciously golden brown. Next, and to your liking, we create sweet waffle dishes such as the Megaberry with blueberries and raspberries, inside and out topped with fresh cut strawberries, raspberry sauce, and whipped cream. Or we make it a savory plate such as the Breakfast Magic with bacon, cheddar cheese, and scallions inside and out, crowned with a fried egg. We even have a Build Your Own option where YOU design the waffle to YOUR specific taste! Additionally, our waffle dishes may be requested as gluten and dairy free! But we aren’t just waffles! We have omelets, French toasts, sandwiches, and sides. “Wake up” your meal with one of our gourmet coffees and teas.

Efficient friendly service, excellent breakfast (better than Pamela's!) and South Side parking. Enjoy tasty food but check that parking meter! Take your time and peruse the unique breakfast menu selection. The server is knowledgeable and willing to go through the many menu choices. Who knew there were so many ways to enjoy waffles?

Delicious waffles & chicken, very good coffee. Something a bit spicy in the waffle Benedict, surprising. I didn't like the watery odd syrup. The place is small & very busy, little noisy. Waiter had a hard time keeping up with the tables. Hubby's Coke went to the neighbor. A different table had their card lost! We were there about 1pm, only had a short wait.

This place is FANTASTIC. Good vibes, great food and service. Really good coffee, as well. Super filling portions... Just be prepared to wait a bit on the weekends!
