Waffles & Cream

The waffles are disgusting! Don’t get this yuckiness!

Me and my family was so excited to try this. The concept of ice cream and waffles was AWESOME. We drove over hour to try this place and was so terribly disappointed. The ice cream was simply Mayfield nothing special and the waffles had been pre made and laying out. When we got ours it was so tuff it was like eating rubber. They had made them up and sat out ane then rewarmed them and it was awful. We wasted our money and time. Both my daughter's took 2 bites and was done and i couldn't get the first bite down. Don't waste your money . !!!!!!

We drove about 45 minutes from Ocean Isle beach to try this lil dessert place. When i saw that this was a good truck I thought this should be good. Some of the best food I've eaten has come from a food truck. This was not one by a long shot. When my wife and I saw an employee with very long dred lock lean over to scoop ice cream and the dred locks actually went down inside of the freezer, we should have walked away. We didnt leave because our 2 daughters wanted this. 1 only got ice cream and our other daughters got the it all with waffle and toppings. I can see why the toppings are unlimited. To cover up the taste of the waffle. Waffles are supposed to made to order.. nope not at all or at least the one my daughter received was not. Waffle was HARD and tasted nothing like a waffle. She has ordered many toppings with this particular order. Several bites into this supposedly delectable dessert she pushed it away and said "this is awful". Wife and I thought surely not, we tried it and agreed, it was not good at all. Our youngest daughter only ordered ice cream. Literally 4 bites in and she says the same. Never again.
