As far as my service it was fine. But the young lady behind the counter felt the need to address a conversation that wasnt being discussed with her and cost you a customer party of 5. In a professional setting, you represent not only you but the uniform you wear as well. I'm sure that young lady will be making a complaint to corporate. 3/1/20

They always have the food made perfectly, and often don't mind if I ask for something to be a little more or less done. The cooks are hugely capable, the manager frequently checks to make sure the meal and experience is going well and the wait staff is always on top of drinks and food requests. Love it here!

Why is it when I order well done hash browns they are never well done? I listen when my waitress call out my order. Are those 2 words too hard to say? Potatoes are white.... well done should be brown and crispy. Everything else was great. Just tired of limp half cooked potatoes

Busy day for waffles, but that's just typical for waffle House... If you're in the mood for breakfast, usually pretty fast then this joint is good for that. No frills just the basics... And if you're sleepy, the noise of clanking plates and them yelling across the restaurant what you just ordered will wake you right up... Enjoy the endless coffee and water, when you get her attention to refill your glasses... Always a mediocre experience, but it's waffle House, what did you expect?

I've been coming to Waffle House for years and NEVER had an experience like I did yesterday at store #364. An employee named "Latoya" was rude, unprofessional and utterly disrespectful. I'm appalled that the restaurant had her representing their brand. She was cooking, serving and taking money. She never washed her hands and on more that one occasion I noticed her digging in her scalf, then touching food. One customer had his mobile phone on speaker playing a movie with questionable content. She was annoyed that I asked to have his movie turned down. Her response was to retreat to the back and to blast the music over the loudspeaker. She then told the customer that I'd complain to which he very rudely responded to me that he noticed a sticker on my laptop and knew where I worked. At this point I feared for my safety and simply left. It is unfortunate that the company allows and employee to violate health regulations, to act unprofessional and to put customer safety at risk.

Questions & Answers

The McPherson Church Road location was the older one. When they built the newer one across the street, they both continued to make money. And Waffle House has always been about " if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
