Waffle House

Very delicious hearty breakfast and the staff are the are the best. Always welcoming. Thank you. Robbie is so sweet. Can't put in words how grateful I am to stumble across this gem.

With traveling from out of town this location is literally across the street from my hotel. The first time I called I was rudely hung up on. Then when I called back they informed me that children’s meals do not come with drinks. They would not allow me to order my steak and eggs over the phone for my husband to go pick it up. Food was cold and I did not have cheese in my eggs as requested. Service here is beyond horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE

A diner. But the staff's friendliness and humour make this Waffle House a wonderful experience. If they ever turn a day at work into performance theater I'll need a sixth star for the rating. I had a wonderful time eating the delicious food, too. One of the highlights of my time in Charlotte.

This has to be one of the best waffle houses I’ve ever been to. Clean and the staff was GREAT. My server was Nennah. She was as pretty on the inside as she was on the outside. Extremely friendly and attentive. I went in for breakfast in a bad mood but she cheered me up with her jokes and quick smile. in fact the whole staff seemed to get along and it reflected in the way they treated their customers. Bravo and well done WH

Just like home cooking! Sometimes I just need hash browns and this is where to get them.

Was there about 30 minutes, ordered my food and got my drink. They made my order incorrectly. it was simple, a patty melt, not too well done (I don't like my meat dry and my hash browns with double cheese, ham and onions. Not only did they overcook my meat the first AND second time, they also brought me PLAIN hashbrowns BOTH TIMES. I will NOT be going back to this location.

You guys. This place is in a terrible area so my expectations were low. The three staff members were so friendly and seemed to genuinely like their job. The food was prepared quickly. And the best allstar plate I've ever had at a waffle house. The bacon and hashbrowns were perf. The staff spent the whole time detail cleaning since they were kind of slow. You could tell this location is well cared for. Since it is near my work, I will be returning. Thanks for a great experience!

This waffle House is an unsafe location even in the day time. People begging for money in the parking lot. Drug infested area. The food and service were good. The sweet tea was gross.... Clean the nozzle on the tea urn waffle House!!!!! With all the great and safe waffle House locations available... We won't be returning to this one.

The food is great and sever is very good takes care of people's.

Very nasty customer service .. we had to sit but in our cars And order because of the covid 9 ok cool .. So as we sitting in the parking lot calling in our order the lady hung up the phone on us .. I’m the middle of our order .. she rude and nasty all the time ..

I visited to eat waffle at night. Waitress was super friendly and kindly to me, and I had a very good time! Of course, waffle was delicious!
