On my lunch break so I was short on time. I requested and paid for chili and jalapeño peppers on my hash browns. Not one jalapeño. Not even a drop of chili. And I drove off before remembering they’ve done this before, so i checked, and nothing. I went to be refunded my money for the add ons and they couldn’t find my ticket 🙄. So I just grabbed some ketchup packets and left. Yay...

Unacceptable service. Hair in the food, messed up 3 separate orders, no refills, just ridiculous. Would give 0 stars if I could.
