Questions & Answers
WH won't respond to anything that you report on their feedback section on either their website or their app. They apparently don't monitor their various Facebook pages or Google Map pages for individual units, either.
If you do get through, be sure to unpack your order and verify that you received your order and not someone else's order. They are supposed to throw out a returned takeout and remake it for the correct customer, but I'm not so sure of that based on my late night experiences there.
