Waffle House

Only one time at this location, my wife was not a fan, but my daughter and I enjoyed it...I mean...it's 'Waffle House'! The 'House' is the 'House' generally speaking anywhere you go and anytime 6AM, Noon, 2AM they'll cook up decent food. Some locations could be a little cleaner, this one on the bubble. But...leave your highfalutin' at the door and grab a seat!

Who doesn't like a Waffle House? American as apple pie which they serve a great one.

The service was perfect and so was the food! However the call guy named CAM was sooooo exceedingly rude to literally all of the waitresses I was appalled. I understand logistically that orders are to be written a certain way on the paper so he can call correctly but the tone he had and how he handled the numerous situations was disturbing. We sat at the high top counter and it was just horrible how we treated the rest of the waitress staff.

Fast place to eat. Service good most of the time. Foods ok.Time for them to update and clean their stores better. We don't go there often because health scores vary so much depending on location..

Visit here before and depending on the staff service is good or poor. Today, I did not feel welcomed or checked on while eating my food. Waitress just took my order and I only saw her when it was time to check out. Was disappointed a little. The food was ok but it would be good for workers to tend a little more to the customers more than discussing work schedule and issues with other folks that may work at the same place.

Never felt unwelcome at any waffle house. I wasn't aware of any racial prejudice in Canton but I have never felt as uncomfortable as I felt walking into this location. And it was the entire staff.

My wife went to meet a friend for breakfast here, and left crying because they kept asking her 6 times in the span of 5 or so minutes where her friend was. (she was on the way). While on the phone with her, because she was so uncomfortable, they were looking at her and pointing before they finally came over again and she left after being there no more than 10 minutes. I called to ask about it, they refused to give me the man's name who harassed her, then tried to play it off as "we wanted to fill her booth with people who are ordering right now".The most unfriendly service, and outright rude. Don't plan on waiting or meeting anyone here. I do not recommend this location until they re-staff.

Very nice, very good food, but could use a slightly better way of communicating with one another. No one should be hurt and or embarrassed because you feel the need to get your point across, regardless of how nice you are to customers.

We've had a couple bad experices with service at this location in the past, but our waiter Mason may have been the best my family and I have ever seen. He actually cared about our meal and made it seem like he'd known us for years. Great guy!
