Waffle House

I want at 4 in the morning and the waiter was really nice the food was good. And the food came out fast.

My grandson & I love this place. It's our time alone. This location has great service & our food is always cooked as ordered.

Great food from the cooks, but customer service does not exist here. Upon taking my order, she had to keep asking me what I said because she was talking to other people in the lobby. When I went in to pick up my food, the young lady who checked me out gave me my change and told me, “There is your food.” The food was sitting on side of the register where I had to reach for it to get it myself. Disappointing. I’ll travel to Chapel Hill Waffle House from now on.

Just had the BEST Experience at a WH! Im not a breakfast kinda person but my codriver suggested this for dinner. And let me tell ya, we got TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Our food was DELICIOUS! I hope the people who need to see this do...Ricky, Carol and Deb are like a Well Oiled Machine...They are one kick @$$ team!! They sure have the TEAM Work aspect down!!! Keep up the GREAT job. I wasnt a fan of WH but this visit made me think again! 👍🏽👍🏽

I eat at Waffle House lot. Usually getting the same - cheese eggs, covered, chunked and well hashbrowns and bacon. This Grill Master nailed it this morning! Sorry I didnt get his name, but everything was perfectly cooked. The waitress was right on top of everything. I appreciate the great service!

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! I eat at Waffle House every day for lunch. What do I order? 3 eggs, 1/2 slice of cheese and an order of bacon. One coworker told me that this location is closer than the one I usually visit. Another coworker told me NOT go to, because it's a bad location and they have terrible service. I should have listened!!!At THIS location, they decide to charge me $9 for 3 eggs and bacon. And they included grits and toast. I DID NOT ORDER GRITS OR TOAST. When I told them that and added that I cannot have carbs, they claimed that it comes with it. OKAY, BUT I DID NOT ORDER THAT and if it comes with the eggs, why are you the only location that charges me $9??? My order was to-go. When I got back to the office, I found that my eggs had NOT been made with cheese. So I went back to the Waffle House and was told that "that's all that you're gonna get when you order 1/2 slice of cheese with 3 eggs." Really?? tell me if this looks like this mess was made with cheese!

Literally the nicest Waho ever. Not that I have ever had bad customer service at Waffle House, but wow this one exceeded my expectations. One of the guys on the grill even came over and asked how our eggs were! Thanks so much guys.

Food was alright. Gave me a bowl of grits instead of the biscuits and gravy I ordered. Then, couldn't get the biscuits and gravy because they were out of gravy. Did the math wrong on my ticket and overcharged me $1. Giving the benefit of the doubt that it was an honest mistake, but worth noting. Otherwise, service was quick and friendly.
