Waffle House

Food is great if you go when they have a cook that cares about their job. Stay leaves something to be desired. But the old staff that had been there forever it's great.

Good service, and the food was great.

Our waitress was spot on her name was kayle she had an accient very professional food was good as well @ the waffle house in bayou la batre al.on wintzer ave.

Recently my husband, 3yr old daughter and myself visited Waffle House right off the Irvington- Dawes exit on I10. (Exit 17 I believe) This was the best visit I have had to any W.H. in a while. The server got everything correct with our order and even managed to bring it all at the same time. It's usually one or the other we get never the two. I WISH I could remember the girls name who served us. We made sure to tell her how pleased we were and thanked her for an enjoyable experience and gave her an exceptional tip.

Always great food in a quiet atmosphere, my children absolutely love the waffles! And I really enjoy the Patty melts.

It was a good time. First time going to Waffle House ever. Really liked it. I would go back. I was told to order a 'Patty Melt'. Turns out it was hamburger with bread and cheese. If you get it, I'd recommend getting an egg and hash browns to add to it.

My husband and I went in at approximately 10 and sat at a booth and looked over the menu. We sat there for about 8 minutes. We were never greeted. We walked out. We will not be back

The staff here is great. It's like a home away from home on 3rd shift and the food is always good.
