This has to be the most well run Waffle House I have ever been in!To start, there was someone there to welcome me in and hold the door for me when I came in. I sat at the bar, but was not ready to order right away. I turned the waitress away and she went to help others. I mulled over the menu, decided what I wanted, and looked for the same waitress. The same person who held the door for me, noticed I was looking around and drew attention to my waitress that I was ready. My food came out quickly and was right. As I ate, a takeout order came up. When it was ready, it sat there for about 30 seconds, when again, the same employee notice it sitting and drew attention to it. Kudos to this establishment and its owners for going the extra mile to have the right amount of staff working to make sure that its customers are well taken care of in a timely fashion. I would recommend fully.

OMG! This waffle house in Winston Salem is awesome! Staff saying welcome and when leaving have a wonderful day. The food is beyond good. I enjoyed every bite😋

I loved the food! excited to go back for another great experience. The wait staff are kind and pay attention to there tables.All around great food and kind staff will definitely be coming back

Great place to stop after work for double smothered hash browns , gravy and bacon.

Very good visit. All the food was cooked well, I was checked on by several employees and my coffee cup was always full. The manager himself was walking around checking on customer's and asking if everything was good or if they needed anything.

Food is good!! just didn't like employees yelling out orders. can be a bit annoying

It was very good. I was going home 4 hours east. Traffic was congested So I stopped in to eat and let traffic thin out. I was greeted happily on entering and it went up from there
